The sweetened products comply with customers’ requisitions in terms of alcohol content, sugar strength, colour intensity, total acidity and filterability index.

We have been using a group of pressure tanks for the sparkling wine making process for PGI or table wines since 2013.
We can provide microfiltered products, ready for bottling, which are delivered in pressurized tanks. Our sparkling wines can be sweet or dry, with different colour intensities.
